These Terms of Use (hereinafter — the “Terms”) govern the relationship between the administration of the kino.is website (hereinafter — the “Administration”, “we”) and any person using the kino.is website and related services (hereinafter — the “User”, “you”, the “Site”).

4.4. The Administration has the right to delete content and restrict access to an account in the event of a breach of the Terms.

5. Intellectual property

5.1. The design, software code and original materials of the Site are protected by law. Titles, images and trademarks belong to their respective rights holders and are used for informational purposes.

8. Termination of use

8.1. The User has the right to stop using the Site and delete their account at any time.

8.2. The Administration has the right to suspend or terminate the User's access in the event of a breach of the Terms.
