Twenty-five years after the genocide of Tutsis in Rwanda, filmmakers visit a country still haunted by the massacres of spring 1994. A group of inmates try to understand what made their participation in the fourth genocide of the 20th century possible. In Kigali Prison, some testify about their abuse
