Neighborhood 3 (2019)
The film begins with the theft of a 15th-century carpet worth two million manats, owned by a wealthy businessman. Eliş and Roşka accidentally find the carpet, which drives the plot forward. Meanwhile, the struggle between a construction company wanting to demolish the neighborhood and residents tryi
