Washed-up TV guest star Blake de Troy is rescued after a car crash by his devoted fan, Antoinette Funk, who lives in the Florida Everglades. Believing he's been kidnapped, Blake initially tries to escape, but after the death of his life partner and manager, Jimmy, he realizes he has nowhere else to
