The film relates how a popular singer/songwriter from Ithaca, NY, Joe Crookston, came to meet a Holocaust survivor from Elmira, Dina Jacobson. After hearing Dina's stories of life in Eastern Europe and her experience at Auschwitz, Joe was inspired to write a deeply moving song on which the film is b
