The film is a war-propaganda newsreel film produced when Japan’s defeat in the Pacific War was imminent. The film covers the visit to the birthplace of the late Captain Choe Myeong-ha (Takeyama in Japanese), the first Korean-born Air Force officer who was killed in an operation to attack an airfield
