Strollica, a ten-year-old girl, find that a wind power plant will be built in her favourite park. She's worried; she notices birds don't sing anymore and the landscape doesn't look as beautiful. She's determined to demolish the windmill herself. The windmill, in turn, is upset and invites Strollica
