Bimsa: A basement, a cellar where we store the things we want to preserve over time. Kalarrites (a place where the waters flow seamlessly), a mountainous area on the peaks of the Pindos trail, remained proud and prosperous during the years of the Ottoman occupation. The few remaining residents still
