Shinkansen is an experimental film combining images filmed at night in a high-speed TGV (Shinkansen) between Tokyo and Sendai and the glitches of a dysfunctional LCD screen filmed in a downtown street. A hyper- technological megalopolis dotted with giant screens and lights, Tokyo reveals itself here
