Recorded on location in Finland and Japan—the respective ancestral homelands of Canadian choreographic duo Mardon + Mitsuhashi—this docu-poem intertwines visits with relatives, folk and contemporary dancing, and playful noticings of rupture with a focus on gesture, movement, and impulse. wherevereve
