Cristiano Bruno is a young man that resides in one of the poorest slums in the highlands of Santo Domingo. He was raised by his mother, Maritza Bruno, after the incarceration of his father Marcos Ramirez for allegedly being involved in dirty business, and drug dealing years before Cristianos birth.
