A documentary about Tapio Rautavaara, a traveler and artist. "The purpose of the film Tapsa was to reflect Rautavaara as a person. He himself gave the keys to it as a character. It is tinted accordingly. Any kind of film could have been made from the material. It could have been made on a completely
