The Shadow Over Flatwoods (1973)
An American teenager is carried off by beings from space who transplant alien organs into his body. Realising that he is the guinea-pig in some gruesome experiment, he comes to a drastic conclusion... he must deny the aliens the knowledge they so desperately seek.
