BBC Look East
BBC Look East is the BBC's regional television news programme for the BBC East region, Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex, Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and north Buckinghamshire. The programme began on 5 October 1959, making it the BBC's longest-running regional news programme.
