It tells the story of Çakırcalı Mehmet Efe's struggle for revenge against Hasan Çavuş, who killed his father. The Ottoman government sends word to the efes living in the mountains that they will be able to live safely if they come down to the plains. Çakırcalı Ahmet Efe decides to come down from the
