The film stars Charlie Plummer, Eve Lindley, Mason Alexander Park, Rene Rosado, and Robyn Lively. National Anthem premiered at the 2023 South by Southwest Film & TV Festival on March 10, 2023. It was released on July 12, 2024, by Variance Films.
