Югославская чёрная волна
Термин впервые появился в официальной югославской печати как оскорбление, но оказался удачным определением балканского кино 1960-х, склонного к чёрному юмору, глубокому пессимизму, нарушению норм хорошего вкуса и резкой критике социалистического режима с позиций анархизма и индивидуализма. Главными представителями волны считаются Душан Макавеев, Александр Петрович и Желимир Жилник.
